Over the years, Ashokhans Casting LLP has demonstrated remarkable and steady growth, supported by continuous process improvement and customer-centric manufacturing practices. Today, the foundry operates with a production capacity of 3,600 metric tons per annum, enabling it to meet both small-batch and large-volume requirements with equal efficiency and precision.
Backed by a legacy of more than 34 years of experience in the foundry industry, our organization combines traditional foundry knowledge with modern manufacturing techniques. We are equipped with a state-of-the-art mechanical sand reclamation system, achieving up to 90% sand reclamation, which not only improves operational efficiency but also supports environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.

Ashokhans Casting LLP has a fully developed infrastructure to manufacture a wide range of Cast Iron components for machine manufacturers and industrial applications. Our product portfolio includes castings for CNC machines, VMC, HMC, VTL machines, milling and grinding machines, as well as special-purpose machines (SPMs), pump components, press parts, and other customized industrial castings.
Our foundry is strategically located at Vavdi Industrial Area, Rajkot–Gondal National Highway, Gujarat, India, offering excellent connectivity for logistics and timely delivery. This advantageous location enables us to serve customers efficiently across domestic and export markets.

- PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone): High-performance thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties. Common in aerospace, medical, and engineering applications.
- Nylon: It is a versatile synthetic polymer which is tough, resistant to rust and wear.
